B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - a White Russian and jambalaya made with gluten free pasta
S - a little more of the leftover jambalaya
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done

evening batch: done

I am so close to getting the the basement complete, hauled up more stuff, mostly what l I have left is some weights, a dvd player and a couple dvd- but I am not cleaning that out til the last day. I want to work out down there yet

Can't believe that I get so much fluid in these days - I've managed to work it in to my day. I take my calcium in a glass of water (so that's 8 glasses), my vitamin C in a glass of water (effervescent), 2 large protein shakes, 2 glasses of laxative, strontium in a glass of water and a glass of hydration salts/electrolytes. I actually drink a lot of plain ol' water too... still feel like I could drink more and before you wonder about it my blood sugar was fine in my last set of labs! ![]()
