Made it to Mexicali...surgery tomorrow!

Made it to Mexicali. Surgery tomorrow for my revision from VSG to DS. Everything going great so far. Did all the pre-op testing including a barium swallow which was really cool because I got to see what my sleeve looks like. Doctor said it looks like they only took away from the side and didn't touch the bottom. He said the bottom part is very big. They're going to fix it...,yay! I was SOO hoping they would be able to. Surgery is going to be later than we originally thought. We leave the hotel for the hospital at 10:00am pacific time. No idea what time surgery will actually be.

I had mine done there 5/14/2013 with Dr. Aceves. It is truly the best care I have EVER received from any hospital I have ever stayed at. They are truly compassionate and caring people there.... Good Luck, I know you'll be well taken care of and do fine......
