L: Beef steak or hamburger patty, sliced cucumbers, apple
D: Cuban chicken, sliced tomato, sliced banana & peaches w/FF yogurt & Splenda

L: Salad w/Ham, Cheese,Chicken and Raspberries/Blueberries
S: Light String Cheese
D: Grilled Chicken, Green Beans, Salad (Potatoes for husband/daughter)

breakfast - cheese and low fat ritz crackers (5)
lunch - salad and the rest of the stuffed pepper soup (1 cup)
dinner - baked chicken - broccoli - am making huluski for my son who is home for college - per his request - but am going to save some cooked cabbage and just eat that for me - and avoid the noodles.
snack - glass of wine
