The weather in Iowa has gotten sooooooooooooooooo much better, so more time outside!

I am thrilled to say last Thursday and Saturday, I challenged myself to run a mile each time without stopping and I did it!  My Sat time was 30 seconds faster also.  10:45, okay, so some could walk that fast, but it was such a good feeling to make it!

My 1st week total was 506 minutes!  WooHOOOOO   Gotta love nice weather!

Thank goodness I was in Chicago for work and had to walk walk walk or else I would have horrible numbers. Not much energy since my fill.

I had a total of  270 mins.

In spite of feeling dizzy for most of last week.  I worked out anyway and that was a challenge.  Try running on a treadmill with vertigo...hahaha

I did a total of 325 minutes.  I am up to 3.5 miles a day of walking.

355 for me last week.

I went hiking with my husband and dog yesterday -- planned on about 6 hours, but he fell and hurt his knee on the way into the canyon and I stumbled on the way up --- so we both spent the afternoon with ice packs on our 'owies'.

I am away from home on business, but have my shorts/shoes and ipod packed and will do a long, if slow, walk this evening.   I am sore, but I am not hurt enough to need to stop moving.

420 for me. I have started the 30 day shred again, boy do my legs "feel" it.
