No, I would not get the band again. Not only did I never lose weight with it, but I also felt like the worlds worst failure and was told endlessly that I was "not following the rules," even when I was. For years. Ten years of my life I wasted trying to make the band work for me. Never, ever, again. I would not recommend it for my worst enemy. The only options I should have considered are VSG and DS.
