 Bless me lapband for I have sinned...

and have gained 8 lbs since thanksgiving 

I did walk/jog 2 miles today.

Tomorrow it's back on track...no more cookies, candy, chocolate or cake.

Plan of action:

brkfst: cheesestick
mid morning break: small oatmeal
lunch: salad w/grilled chicken breast
Dinner: leftover steak and salad.

Monday is a fresh day for me also. We went to the mountains for Christmas and I have been eating foods that I would never eat at home . I can tell I'm retaining major water weight right now . I can feel it in my clothes and the way my ankles look . Way to much snacking this week

I'm with ya Sister! Atleast with our bands we can dust the cookie crumbs off our shirts and start fresh.Winter exercise is my downfall. Or maybe I should say lack of winter exercise. Merry Christmas all.

Same here ... get carbs/sugar flushed out of my system, begin weighing/measuring everything, back in the gym .... then a small fill in about 5 weeks ... I WILL be at my personal goal by summer.
