 I can't believe I forgot!!

Just goes to show you how life is now so normal.  :)

Still trying to lose those last 25 lbs.  But feeling and looking great.  I have no regrets so far.  Walked 4 miles at the beach today.  Wear a sz 14/16 (from a 24/26).  Have a new job and am more confident in it.

I ran into a Dr. I used to work with yesterday.  He didn't recognize me, and when I finally told him who I was...he kept saying Wow, you really look great...like 3X.

I'm 48

I used to work with him in my 20's and 30's..gotta say it felt good :)

WOW -- time flies!  I remember when you were first banded.

Congratulations on the weight loss and mostly, on the life changes ---- 4 miles at the beach is probably not something you were able or willing to do 2 years ago.

THAT is what this is all about --- looking good, feeling GREAT!!!

Nice work!

 Thanks all of you.

I have gotten so much support from the people on this forum.  And yes, just being able to walk 4 miles...is a huge NSV for me.  Enjoyin it and not being sore...WOW!

And to celebrate I scheduled my 2 yr f/u appt and a fill (truth be told I know I need it) and a therapy appt as well.  Time to get going and get to goal
