Enjoying the start of my vacation. Did some cooking last night, will be hitting a trail today. One of my goals is to do some writing this week. Have a few honey-do projects for the week but overall plan on chilling.

Last Weigh-In 252.7 lbs

This week 254.2 lbs

What duh!? This week I gained about 2 lbs? But I'm still working out pretty consistently and feel pretty good going into the spring. Probably the best winter I've had health-wise. Circuit training have helped my shoulders and even my arthritis a little bit. Lot of scar tissue from previous knee and hip surgeries.

Military Boxing days have come back to haunt my fingers and wrist on left arm! Gonna need a knee replacement eventually, and shoulder surgery-but at 61, I'm doing ok. Relatively I have a young wife (43) and a 12 year old son whom I beat in B-Ball a few months ago in the Summer but now he wants a rematch and has grown to 5'10"!

Could do better with my eating but for the most part I've managed well. Next few weeks gonna try to motor it and lose 10 lbs by 4/27/20 (Annual physical) It would also mean I have reached a low! I realize I have to get off about at least 30-40 lbs more to have a better quality of life and combat all the sports injuries from my youth, that I feel now! So now I've given myself a goal, lets see if I can reach it?!!!

LW 225.8

CW 225.6

Back from Colorado visiting college and doing a little fishing. The fishing wasn't great, but the scenery was. My son caught a nice rainbow trout and I got skunked. At one point I looked down and a fish was using me as a rock, sitting about three feet behind me out of the current. So we just hung out together for a bit.

Bob's Florida weather sounds so good right now.

Have a great week, all.

Xmas + 6lbs

Another few pounds and I'll have to upsize my pants. That will hopefully be enough to scare me back to reality. So far I continue to start the day healthy and then gradually eat a pile of sh?t before bedtime. So far wls has always bailed me out, but maybe those days are coming to an end.

Topic: RE: Sunday Weigh In - Conference Finals

Only real interest in the NFL was rooting for the Patriots to not win it. That's settled for the year so I don't have much interest either way. The 49s would make one friend happy and Packers would make a lot of friends happy (I went to college in North Dakota so I have lots of college friends who are Cheeseheads).

Training the guy who's filling in for me this week then a week of sleeping in and being a bum (and getting some walking in too, hopefully).
