Good morning.
I am way too early to be helpful here but I'm curious to see what Don and Brian (and others) post.

I'm happy I am down from last week. The sudden surge in weight has me really concerned. I've read about regain after 18 months post op, but think in reality it is just getting too comfortable in my new skin and not paying attention. Going on leave, and now entering the third week of furlough has me roaming around and grazing too much also.
Did any of you experience any regain post op? And what are your theories on it.
Great week to all!
Bob
Making oneself miserable is par for the course! The WLS experience is a lot of trial and error. Day at a time.

Still in the "easy part." Working in some soft foods. Bit of a learning curve since it takes longer for them to move on versus liquids. Have made myself miserable a couple of times going too fast.
Happy New Year!
We are back from Houston to the cold of Chicago. And back to work on Wednesday, but a few days to enjoy before that.
