Think a new med I'm taking may be causing issues with scales. Have to do some research on it.
Well some of us will have to be out and about on the Holidays. Can't predict how people act at the Holidays. Some do okay but some - add booze, stress from Holiday spending, kin folks they can't stand and BOOM! Get the "woe as me" group going too. The ones who lost a spouse, got divorced, their plans fell apart etc. Just have to go with the flow.
Have formal City party tomorrow night. Note to self - protein bar for lunch tomorrow! Local BBQ completive cook caters this one. Seriously good chow. 
Friday is the "peon" party.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

One more work wee****il the holiday. We shut down from Friday until after the New Year. I'm really looking forward to that break. But there's a lot to do before Friday afternoon.

Here is my first post-surgery weigh-in.
HW (2/14): 320 lbs.
11/14- Start of pre-op diet: 285 lbs.
11/26- VSG SURGERY: 270 lbs.
12/03- 1 week post-op: 252.8 lbs.
12/11- 2 weeks post-op: 250.4 lbs.
Down 19.6 lbs. since surgery and 69.6 lbs. overall.
I had the same thought as Bob when I read the "went to Jared".

I have a fortune invested in Pandora. Running out of charms to get. I keep asking if there is a "good job with the laundry" one. The gals don't seem to think it is too funny :-)
