I've been trying to switch to black coffee only, with limited success. If I have the Nespresso at home or in hotels its fine black because the whipping makes it creamy textured, at least. And in the mornings I have been drinking mostly tea for my big cup. But when I go to the Blackhawks games, there is so little that I can eat from the concession stands that I usually get a decaf coffee and its hard to resist adding some half and half. Same thing with the afternoon Starbucks.
From both a money and a calorie standpoint, I would probably be better off giving up my Hawks tickets, but I don't know if I can do that.
Bob, I'm sure there was once a time where 198 seemed an unattainably low weight, I know it still does for me. Now it ****** you off. Its funny how perspective changes.
Watched Notre Dame vs. Navy last night. Usually I root for Notre Dame but its hard to root against the kids from the service academies. I'm not going to cheer against a guy who may be in combat a year from now.

Not happy with the gain. Mindless eating at night most likely the culprit.
Good week to all.
Thanks for sharing - I was interested in someone who had RNY what a long term result looked like.
HW 415 CW 388 - just enrolled in 12 week courses beginning 11.28.18 so am hoping if all goes well to have RNY March or April 2019
I recently started watching the program and one thing that stood out to me was how the doctor always encourages his patients to begin therapy. It's really a shame this man succumbed to his demons, especially at such a young age.

Mississippi State gave the game away to LSU with four interceptions. A&M will be in Starkville next Saturday and so will we.
Rain, or threat thereof, kept vendor count and crowd at local festival less than desired yesterday. No problem for me since could do paperwork between appearances.
That's all the news that's fit to print!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Good morning. Double header on sports for me today. I am going to the Bears/Patriots at 12:00 and then heading to the Blackhawks game at 6:00. Should be a fun day. I have packed up on plan snacks to get me through the day.
My daughter is home from college so I didn'****ch much football yesterday, just a bit of Michigan and Michigan State and a few minutes of Clemson.
I went to dinner with work on Tuesday night. When you reach restriction fairly fast and don't drink alcohol, those things take so long!

Improved everywhere last week. This week is shaping up pretty well also. Its not to early to start preparing for holiday season. It would be good to drop a few Lbs before thanksgiving.
Nice day yesterday. Sunny with great colors. All the more brighter with Michigan beating MSU and Purdue beating Ohio State. The college season is looking up. now to get past Penn State.....
Have a great week everyone!
Sorry to hear about the job. Its happened to me as well. It took me a while to recover, but my career path is way better now than it would have been had I stayed at the old job.
Best wishes on your new job search.
