313.6 on Wednesday ish

312.6 today

Had a birthday party yesterday, two servings of pizza and some peanuts. Gave in at the of the night and had a piece of cake I took home to appease the family. Looking forward to NCAA tournament and not looking fwd to all the calories that usually come along with it.

Last week I was at 265 lbs even.

Today I was 263 1/2 lbs.

I am still losing. Things are getting better here. Essentially I have lost 12 lbs since Dad died in January. I need to start eating (or drinking) more protein. I am working on it.

Last Week: 216

This Week: 216

I was able to be pretty mindful with food. Got to the gym 4X, and did well with vitamins. Could have done better with water.

Not much to report. Back on the road again tomorrow. Trumps steel tariffs are gonna ramp my travel a lot, although I'm not sure how I can do anymore. I was hoping to get in a better routine in May, but that may be optimistic.

No yard work here yet because we still cant see the yard. Its coming though.

Wroops! Yesterday was the opening day of "yard work" season! Feeling it this morning. ***** all I want it is good day of exercise. Push, pull, carry, walk etc.

FYI: If you are out of the rack early on Sunday morning and the Weigh-In has not been started - start it!

Have a Great Week Guys!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Topic: RE: Sunday Weigh In

Hi Guys,

Left my concentrated focus to be healthy in Jan and see how I maintained in Feb. Could'a been worse, could'a been better. My wight in day has been Monday's and I'm either rushing to work or enjoying a day off and both are excuses why I can't log in and be accountable and supportive. Life's not perfect but I've got nothing worth complaining about. Spending time working extra, moved grandma, shoveling snow, working on a home loan...

313.6 - I'll take that after a rocky month. Shooting for adding some exercise and getting closer to 300 by month end. I have annually taken a small to large health hiatus and vacation to enjoy the NCAA tournament. This month I only took 2 days off for the opening round, combined with my work rotation that gives me 7 days in a row off. I'm finding myself not getting out and being active so that is a short term goal next week.

Best, Todd
