to be fair Don, that's a very small weight gain for such an adventurous road trip.

:)

That would really be nice, because now I also signed up for college football and I would like to do a bit of sport, because with my studies I still got bigger and now I want to lose a bit of weight, besides I read here https://sunnypapers.com/paper-samples/food-and-culture/ about food and culture, it made me understand how much a correct diet matters, I used to eat whatever I could find, and now I want to make a list that I will follow and hopefully soon I will reach a normal weight. What do you think about this?

Last week: 191.0

This week: 193.2 (Monday)

Not surprised. Road trip to Starkville so lots of roadkill. Unfortunately, it was not "quality" roadkill. 11:00 kick offs are inhumane for fans. No time to tail gate or get breakfast unless you are up at the butt crack of dawn. Throw in packing and checking out before going to stadium not helping on time crunch. Getting too old for "rock and roll" lifestyle. Three hotels in three days gets tiring. Regardless State won beating Arkansas. In Louisville, KY this Saturday to play Kentuckey. Not home again till November 5 to play Auburn so bags go back in closet. Was torn on Aggies and 'Bama. Not a fan of either but to have seen A&M win would have been nice from an "anti-Alabama" standpoint but the way it came out Saban's boys pulled it out when A&M could not get in from the 2-yard line throwing an incomplete pass as time ran out. State has to go down Hwy 82 to Tuscaloosa week after Kentuckey. Dallas neutered the Rams yesterday.

Back to work tomorrow.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I dropped 3 of the 8 lbs I gained last week. I'm working mostly from home which always leads to poor eating decisions when I'm stressed. Thanks god wls covers up for a lot of eating sins on my part.

Last Week 194.4

This week 196.2

Not much going on. Mayhem and chaos at work was fortunately confined to a couple of days. Otherwise a pretty quiet week. Put up the garden hose and looked over the furnace since it's supposed to flirt with freezing off and on this week.

I did good all week, only to be disappointed on the scale this morning.

Another week to try again!

Good week to all!

+8lbs this week - Yikes!

I stress ate my butt off and it shows on the scale. Hopefully it's a short term thing. I'll have to hide the candy from myself.

This week 194.4

Went ahead and put up the shorts and short sleeve shirts and got out the winter clothes. Supposed to be chilly Friday and next weekend. I'll probably give it another few weeks before I pull the air conditioner out of the window (not unheard of around here for it to have a few short Summer relapses late in the fall).

Ouch!

Cold and grey here for over a week. Upper 50's and a few low 60's. I enjoy the cooler weather, but just not the drop we had. Two Wednesdays ago it was in the mid to upper 80's, the Thursday after we woke up in the 50's, and it has been cold ever since. I'm trying to get things put away for Winter, as it will be here before too long. Monday we had a new front window, a new kitchen bay window and a patio door put in. That's another ouch paying for them, but wife likes them a lot.

Good week to all!
