Today I am grateful..

That it is almost Friday.. Can you tell I am sick and tired of being sick and tired?

For the people in my life that keep me sane..

Im on disability for bipolar and had no issues. After surgery though (during the really rapid weight loss phase) i had a few "moments" but nothing too horrible. And actually they are lowering my meds and i have been taken off my anxiety meds completely.

I don't binge. I'm sure my metabolism is shot too (I restrict also) .

The only answer we can come up with based on my food journals and stuff is it having to be the Lamictal.. Every time theres an increase I gain.

I just feel like a mess right now and had to reschedule my med check for tomorrow because I've got the flu now.
