How often do you weigh yourselves??

I am just wondering how often people weigh in.

I was doing it daily, but it's starting to soooo get me down when the scale doesn't move, or like today was UP when I am not overeating etc.  I think I am going to do it once a week, only, on Wednesdays, since my surgery was on a Wednesday.

How often do you fellow sleevies do it, and why??

Pretty much daily in the morning before I get up after I pee and before I eat. LOL. But I only record it on Mondays as an official weigh in.

Me too.

But I had to hide my scale at times too. Also, now that I'm at goal, I don't feel the need to weigh every single day as much. I can tell my clothes still fit so I don't really care if the scale says 112 or 113 or 114.

I'm still pre-op, but what a great idea to only do weigh-ins on day of week surgery was done. I will keep this in mind, thanks for the tip.

Once a week, because my program encourages you to weigh once weekly and never more often than that.  I weight on Sunday morning, right after I shower.

Every day sometimes twice or three times.  I know I shouldn't but I can't help it.  I think a person should weigh themselves no more than once a week.  Its the healthiest thing mentally.

12 pounds lost pre-op.  Actual starting weight 355.
