I used to weigh every monday---Now that i have lost quite a bit of weight I dont stress over it so much.  I weigh about every two wks now but I can still tell in my clothes that I am losing.  The main reason I dont weigh more is because It used to get me down when i didnt see a giant drop.  Dont do what I did...I weighed in on a different scale once and it said I'd lost 7 lbs....next week comes and I weigh on my regular scale and I was the same. I got so upset..thinking I was stalled but all the while it was just the variances in scales.

Thanks for your input, everyone! I am almost afraid of the scale, now, which is not a good way to be.  A month for me is this Saturday, and so I think I'll wait until then to weigh in for this week.

I can feel that I am horribly bloated-  my period is a week late already, but many say surgery messes with it, big time. I always gain water weight before my period, so that's not what I want to see on a scale that shold be showing me "happy" numbers, you know?

Blessings on the journeys!

I weigh every day after I pee in my B-day suit.

I then track my weight in the "ea****ch" from "the Hackers Diet".  It uses an algorythem to show the trend of weight loss, not just the numbers on the scale.  ie you can still be loosing in a stall (as every one knows)

It is a cool way to track your progress.

I weigh a couple times per week. I only track/record my weight Monday morning. That is when I adjust my ticker and signature. I don't freak out if the scale doesn't move during the week. I only got a little frustrated when I stalled for 2 weeks...I was like "seriously how can I eat next to nothing and not lose...it will catch up" and it did.

I weigh daily and that's because it does NOT control my moods.  I record weekly on the day I had surgery...

I weigh every day, but only record and update ticker, etc. on Monday.  Like others, I don't worry about the ups and downs throughout the week --- they come, they go.

Every freak'n morning, after I pee, naked as the day I was born and NOT in front of the mirror.

I don't sweat the daily up and down, I concentrate on the week as a whole.
