Its fast and you can lose aprox 7lbs a week, but it does require some willpower. After about a week you will find you are not as hungry as your glycogen supply diminishes. Stick with it as its worth it. I want to try and keep the weight off this time when i lose it so i can have a tummy tuck a year later as i think your body needs about a year to setttle down.

Happy Spring!!! I’m so glad to know you guys are still around! This board is so inactive!
Well, I've been having a tough month. My weight has been at a dead standstill for about 4 weeks now and it’s driving me crazy! It’s definitely not a matter of too many calories, though there are times when I might be guilty of too few. I admit that my exercise was at a minimum during Nov, Dec and Jan, but I got back at it in Feb and really started to kick it up a notch this month. And still nothing!
At my whit’s end, yesterday I stopped by a gym on my way home, signed up for a membership and paid for 24 30-min personal training sessions. I really hope I did the right thing!
