Hey, If you can try and watch Oprah today. She has a very uplifting show about weight loss that airs today.

Look near the top for "My OH" and click on it. Now look for "Settings", then "Message Board" and click on that. Now check "enable signature." now your ticker should show when you post.

Ok, try this, go to your profile page, then click on the cutomize profile option, when you get there go to the settings option and click "message board" then there should be a place to past the url for your ticker it will say "signature" , when you post things and want to include your signature there is that little baox below to click "include my signature" and that should do the trick! hope this helps!

Their big thing is to not only lose but to make the loss permanent. They put me on 1400 calories a day and don't want me to eat less because they say that'll slow my metabolism, which would mean having to eat that even smaller amount for life if I don't want to regain.
So, since I don't want to eat less either (I can only manage this level by being really strict about mealtimes, protein and fibre) my plan is to increase activity gradually so as to keep losing. Eventually my calorie intake and the amount I'm willing to exercise will intersect and I'll stop losing. At least, that's the theory.

Can somebody tell me how to get a ticker in my signature? I know how to generate the ticker, and I found the place where I'm supposed to add the URL. I just don't know which part to past in, or where to paste it. Does is go in the "insert / edit link" box?
