Topic: Saturday weigh in
Good Morning and Happy Easter Weekend everyone! I completed my carb deplete week and weighed in this morning,Last weekend I weighed in at 222.0 this morning I weighed in at 216.2 I am totally happy with that! I was 208 lb's in 8th grade and I dont believe I have weighed under 200 lb's since 6th grade
My goal was to be at 210 lb's by June 4th, I may makeit past that goal, I do however expect that the weight loss will slow down a little now that I will add the carbs back but that is ok, so now I will start to add in some good complex carbs and do some days with more carbs and some days with less, I find that it kinda confuses your metabolism and keeps it guessing and burning that way. We will see how it goes! looking forward to finishing what i started! anyonw else want to report?? this board is so quiet again, come on out and tell us how it's going for you!!!

I hope you are all doing well, I plan to weigh in tomorrow morning and am hopeing, NO expecting good results! I plan to start a once a week weigh in again on Saturdays, My upcoming trip to Portland with my huibby is 6 short weeks away, so I am laser focused on doing my best before this trip! have a great weekend!

I've been having a wonderful week up until about a hour ago. There is this left over birthday cake (for my husband) that's been hanging around. He has some at night and then puts it in the freezer. I hate myself for eating some tonight. I didn't even have enough for one piece but I'm still MAD at myself for that. I was at 250.0 today and was hoping to see the 240's this weekend. I walked this morning and did a yoga class tonight. Maybe that will help.
We are going to SC tomorrow and I might not be checking in that much until Monday. I really hope to keep my eating down while we are gone. Any change in my routine is hard, but I've got to be good to myself. And eating right is a way of being good to myself. I've just got to remember that! Have a blessed weekend everyone.

Topic: It's Thursday, which means its almost Friday!!
We are getting close to the end of the week, how is everyone doing? any big Easter plans? I have been doing a carb deplete plan this week, from mon thru fri so far so good, I am doing this to help get past a plateau or sticking point on the scale, come this weekend I plan to add some good complex carbs back into my daily food options, not that I have not been eating any carbs this week, but just keeping them at a minimum. So For Easter we plan to do to church and then come home to do an egg hunt with the kids in the back yard, we plan to make some treats but I want to keep that at a minimum, the kids will get enough sugar as it is with their baskets. Gonna cook a good lunch too, still have to plan that, we dont eat pork any longer so the Easter ham is no longer an otion, I was thinking maybe even BBQ some chicken breasts and make a big salad, any way, those are our plans for the Easter weekend, how about you?

WOW! this was fun and I was shocked that it gave me an estimate of 98!!!!!! then it gave me a few recomendations like losing weight, and not working as much to live even longer, haha, im a stay at home mom and my work is NEVER done! but you all should try it, you may be surprised!

2 having more energy. I hate that I don't have anything left when I get home from work.I just pass outin bed.
3 I hope my knees won't hurt. That was reason for my weight loss in the first place.
So to re-cap 1-having all the sex
2-more energy for all of the sex
3- knees won't hurt while having the afore mentioned sex

He does that type of thing on his show a lot. I'm too scared to find out what the computer thinks. I know I'm in really bad shape right now. Did you do it?
