Hi all! Hope your week is starting off good. I was thinking a lot over the weekend about what life will be like after I lose the first 60 pounds. Once I lose the first 60 pounds I'll be below 200 since the 1990's! What's some things your looking forward to??
I'll start!
-Wearing shorts to work out rather than kapris
-Playing with my little girl and being able to keep up with her physically. Not getting so tiered.
-Going to the doctor and getting good results on my lab work. (working on bringing down my insulin level)
Wearing a size that starts with a 1 and not a 2.
Having the outside 'me' match how I feel on the 'inside.'

Yard sale went pretty good, very hot today! got sunburned and tired, was a pretty good exercise day and thats always a good thing, my appetite is waaaaay up though so I need to make some good healthy choices, thats not really a problem for me right now, but the portion control is! My husband even bought some donuts this morning and I did not eat one at all! Now I just wish I wasnt feeling so hungry!

How's the weekend going?
We have storms coming in this afternoon here in NC. Hoping my yard stuff doesn't decide to travel the neighborhood!
This morning we had mom and toddler yoga class! FUN fun fun! It was our first class and I hope the teacher continue with it. My little girl loved it, I like the other moms and love getting a little workout in this morning.
My meals are going good thus far today. We have a birthday party this afternoon and I hope to not eat too much cake or anything while we are there.
Hope y'all are having a fun, relaxing, and healthy weekend!

Good luck with your yard sale. We have tons of yard work to do this weekend. I sure hope we get it done.
My mood is so much better today than yesterday. Playdate this AM was good, ate great, and got in my walking workout this afternoon. Weekends have been ruff for me in the past so I'm praying I can push through this weekend with some good eating habits.
I'll be checking in this weekend, but I do hope you all have a good one!

Is there such a thing as happy tax day? don't think so! LOL! Thankfully mine were done weeks ago.
Had such a hard night last night, but looking forward to a new start today. Weighed this morning and didn't lose any. Not sure how that is possible. lol! I'm off to playgroup, but will check back in later today. Have a good Friday everyone! Be good to yourself!

I have days like that too, we all do! for me today is the fist day I have an appetite in the last 3 days so I am trying to stick to small portions and keep my fluid intake up, drinking lots of water really does help! hang in there!
