I too have been using the It Works Ultimate Body Applicators - I had WLS in December of 2004 and went from 320 to 140. I have lots of loose skin so much so that I purposefully gained weight in an effort to kind of fill it in a bit, So I went up to about 170. This helped me look and feel better about my appearance. Then recently I found the It Works body wraps. I wish I had had them when I started my journey. They are helping me, I cannot say with 100% certainty that they will help shrink the skin on every person who uses them. Debra - Life gets better
You can do this. Don't change everything in a day.make consistent healthier choices. For my .02 it paid off to never aim to lose 5lbs a week nor to follow some diet that I knew I couldn't maintain forever. Get moving. Teach your child by example how to be thr healthiest boy he can be. Be that momma out playing tag with the kis or taking them on a bike ride. Slow, steady and consistent win this race.
Feel free to drop me a line. I am glad to root you on!
For appetite I can offer, turn to lots and lots of veggies....that is about the only way you will get to feel full on 800 a day. When I need to stress eat I turn to spinach, broccoli, lettuce....
Would it be realistic for someone who hasn't had WLS to eat the same amount of protein and calories as someone who has had WLS?
albeit very difficult because of appetite, would it be possible? Could you see the same results?
Curious if anyone has tried it. ( we all have "things" we have tried to lose weight")
