It's surprisingly tasty for something so healthy. Who knew!?
Just a word of caution...when you break wind in the next day or two, you don't want to be around people!
You may want to blame the dog!

Thank you Winifred looks like mine would be a little less calories. I could guestimate with this info. I used organic stuff.
Topic: DAY 6 - A bit of a victory today
So day 6 on the optifast 900 and there are 3 small victories so far
1- I AM NOT HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
2 - My ring had to have a sizer put on it to take it from size 8 to size 6 and a half!
3 - My pants from February 2009 (9 months before I got pregnant) fit again they are a little snug (a bit of muffin top) but hopefully I will be able to wear them in public soon.
Well that is what I am smilling about today :)

According to the website Holy Crap breakfast cereal contains all natural ingredients (no GMO): organic chia, organic hulled hemp hearts, organic buckwheat, organic cranberries, organic raisins, organic apple bits, organic cinnamon which means it has more ingredients than you added. Here is the nutritional info for the Holy Crap

Good morning all. I tried my mixture of hemp hearts, chia seeds and ka****his am. I used 2 tablespoons of the seeds soaked in 1/4 cup milk for about 1/2 hr. Then I add my envelope of 100% Quaker instant oats with 1/2cup H2O micro for a min. Sprinkled with cinnamon broen sugar splenda and Voila! It was delicious! Nutty crunchy flavor and texture. Way better then just the oats. Only things is I don't know how to add it to my calorie counts on my fitness pal. Do you have any ideas on that? Also I found lots of info on line about these ingredients. Very interesting reading. Deb

Hi Tammy the ingredients I bought came in Pre measured packs I spent like 30 bucks but I think it is going to last me several months. What I measured out barely put a dent in the packs. I will let you know what I think of it tomorrow. May still be cheaper to make your own buying smaller amounts from bulk barn. My health store is an easy 1 block walk for me. Deb

I've tried soaking in milk (just a couple tbsp milk for 1 tbsp of crap) for 5 minutes and overnight...didn't find much difference. According to the holy crap website if you soak in yogurt overnight it's smoother. Haven't tried it yet.
Out of curiosity, how much did the ingredients cost?
