Florida also has "stand your ground".  Plenty of idiots like George Zimmerman going around with a gun that should have never had a gun.  Then again, Texas has the "castle doctrine" and is home to nut jobs like Joe Horn who should never had a gun.  

There should be stricter guidelines to both own a gun and have a conceal/carry permit.

Too many nutjobs have access to guns today.

Very few ranges allow drawing. Our local indoor range will allow it but you have to test out in front of the range master before it's allowed. My in laws own a farm 15 miles from me and I can shoot in their small woods. We also own 45 acres of hunting land "up north" where I can shoot and do darn near whatever I want. I really want to do a tactical gun course taught by ex - special forces guys. Learn from the best, hopefully I'll never need it but doesn't hurt to be prepared. Plus it will just be FUN :)

I have shotguns, deer rifles, AR-15's, and pistols. I conceal carry and look forward to losing weight to make it easier to conceal , though in Wisconsin we can open carry even AR's. Somedays I just open carry because it's more comfortable. Oh yeah I'm a big Sig Sauer fan.
