I think it is really sad you do not get the help you need. You have told us multiple times in the old R&R that you have many issues, Please seek the help you need and deserve.

Topic: RE: Weekend plans!

Saturday morning 5k photography. Not running it just shooting the runners with my Canon for 3 hours. Nothing like some extra cash. Sunday I'm having lunch with my niece who  just got engaged so I can finally meet the guy and decide if I'll let them marry (hehe she's already told me my vote doesn't count). Plus helping her with some wedding planning since I'm a wedding photographer I have lots of vendor friends who can help her. Then back to the grind Sunday night covering a story for the Tuesday paper. I hope I can fit a nap in there somewhere!

My dad used to take my sister and I to a shooting range when we were kids. I never enjoyed it. Too loud, too heavy, kind of boring shooting at targets. I wasn't bad at it, though. My dad committed suicide in 2003, with a gun. Haven't even considered taking up shooting again since then. Not even interested in owning a gun out of the fear of making it easier for me to do what he did.

Having nineteen years in law enforcement, fifteen pre-op therefore four post-op, a duty rig and vest are a lot more tolerable now.  As to concealing off duty, pre-op it was next to impossible and I'm talking a small/medium sized .380.  Now I can carry a full sized 1911, my gun of choice, without any problem.  Except keeping my pants pulled up!

I heard the monkey story this morning.  Just imagine them biting your fingers and toes off.  Gruesome.

Topic: RE: Change my passwords, again?! I am getting to old for this sh**!

Heartbleed is serious business. Websites that used OpenSSL have had huge vulnerabilities for about two years now, but the problem has only just come to light. Your son is right, change your passwords, BUT...it will do no good to change the password if the website hasn't patched the security hole yet. Here's a list of websites showing who was affected, who wasn't, and whether or not they've patched yet.

I keep a tiny notepad with all my password information buried in the bottom of a desk drawer, but after this latest mess I'm seriously checking out Lastpass.

Check out something called "Lastpass," it keeps all of your passwords for EVERYTHING and can fill them in so you don't have to remember which password you used where. You just need to remember one "master" password for it-- mine is ridiculously long, but I only have to know just the one!

My son told me Monday to change all my passwords and I laughed. I know, I know, but I have them written down somewhere and not all of them. I don't even remember them all. He reminded me again and again and finally I changed the last night.

Am I the only one that is getting tired of this crap?
