I moved from Wisconsin to coastal South Carolina. The beach is just minutes away. I go out and watch dolphins a lot. I look around and think, "I should really clean house and do some work." Then I get in my car and go to the beach!

NICE. Are you in Wisconsin? I just did an image search for Wisconsin beaches and I am all kinds of jellies. lol
Washington is beautiful, but our beaches are ahh.. lacking lol It's usually gray and pretty cold at the beach but on really hot days here it's gorgeous! If we want to go to the beach we go to Oregon!

It is a "German" town nestled in the mountains about 3 hours away from where we live. We have been there for every season but fall!
If you're ever out this way it's a MUST VISIT!!!! It's freaking magical :)

Here in the good state of Wa it's going to be beautiful!!! We are toying with taking a day trip to one of our favorite National Park spots!

I've been looking for a low carb, high protein, edible underwear.
I'm not worred about the carbs, but if it gets covered with that virgin olive oil.......
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
