Some people have no moral lines in the sand. Just a part of life that you come across people like that every now and then.

He really does!

Mine might be bigger, although it's hard to tell how big your Scotty is. Spike is a Norwegian Forest Cat, which are big. Not as big as a Maine Coon, but close. Huge paws and a large build with the long fur. He is an affectionate cat who can be a sweetie, very dog-like (in fact, him and our dog are best buddies and play rough even though Spike is around 14), BUT he can also be a real d-bag. ;)

BTW - I was also moved by your story. I think the way that Grace entered your life is so sweet and it makes me happy that she is still there for you.

Do you drive your cats up to MN from TX every summer?!? My cats, especially Radar, went crazy the three times we moved long distance (250-ish miles each time) in our car.

Radar is the sweetest of the two cats, too. He is the sweetest, most gentle guy. My BIL says that when he comes to visit us he is coming mainly to see Radar. He even likes him better than his own cat, lol.

Topic: RE: What is your family like?

Husband and I have been together 33 years and he is my best friend, 4 stepchildren and spouses, 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 25, many excellent friends- I am blessed. I also have an ex-husband I am good friends with- we are better as friends than we were as spouses.

Lots of painful family drama growing up, both parents are gone, three older sisters my brother and I call our "twisted sisters" we have little contact with, very tight with my wonderful brother and lovely stepmother. I miss my mother very much, my father not so much because he was hurtful and mean. Also miss my MIL tremendously- she was a strong smart loving woman, and we were great friends.

Beloved dog and 3 cats. No turtles or chickens or goats or geese or rabbits or horses- my friend has those plus dogs, and I hang out with her frequently. She plans to take up bee keeping. More power to her.

People that don't pull up in lines and make it where you can't reach the window or order speaker

People that are suppose to be waiting on you and are busy texting and or talking on phone

People that are talking on the phone in public places. Hello I don't give a sh** about your personal convo

People that buy little tiny dogs and then leave them outside 24/7, even in the rain, they bark as they are lonely and want in when it's raining

People that let their kids misbehave and think it's cute

And drum roll, the biggest of all!!!!  People that won't take responsibility for their actions and or their kids and think everyone owes them.

OK done for now but may come back

My cat is indoor/outdoor, she can alwasys come home, but she loves outside. I try to make she is home every night .., but sometimes she may be out. My friends have outdoor cats. They were feral that adoptedf them. The cats get food and fresh water. They have place tohide when is cold or wet. They have been fixed.... Sometimes outdoor cats have great life..better than being put asleep in a shelter.. (My friends are allergic to cats so they casnt take them in).
