nestle tea zero?

I've just had surgery for a perforated ulcer. According to the surgeon there are only 2 things you have to worry about regarding ulcers occuring. Smoking and aspirin based products. Caffeine is not one of those things.

Sure does have caffeine. My NUT told us that to count towards your "water intake" for a day it must be clear, non carbonated, caffeine free and calorie free. You can have the Nestea on occasion but it will not count toward your 64 ounces.

I was told thst coffee tea broth all count towards your 64 oz of fluid intake.  I drink nestea zero but not a lot.  When I drink tea or coffee it is decaf

nestle zero is carbonated free and calorie free and has very little caffeine so how come it shouldn't counts towartd your daily fluid intake? hope you don't mind me asking this
