I just had M&M's individual serving of Ricotta & spinach chicken and I'm wondering if this will be a good choice after surgery? There's no breading on this.

cal: 150
fat : 4.5g
carb: 2g
        fibre: 1g
        sugar 1g
protein 25 gr

thanks

I practically lived off of these for the first 10 months or so after surgery.  Love them!  I also eat the breaded ones to help increase my fat intake.  They are a full meal on their own.

I spend wayyy to much  money in M&M's when I go.. but its so damn good!
I buy the precooked chicken strips for salads, the chicken breasts for whatever.. lol and the bistro stuffed chickens for a easy chicken meal. They are a full meal.. sometimes I can't even eat one. Lots of protien. Great to make a few extra for dinner and take for lunch the next day!

Katie, You might want to check those chicken strips- I looked at some in a grocery store and they were full of salt. I keep an eye out for sales of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, buy a bunch, then wrap individually and freeze. You can, and I probably will cook some and wrap them into single portions.  I will be looking for recipe to make my own spinach/ricotta chicken, that sounds delish.
