Delmonte real fruit pops - sugar free
I hope so! I'm on Day 4 of Optifast and those are the only ones I could find.
I'm also going to make some crystal light popsicles myself I think. Also I might try freezing crystal light in ice cube trays and then blending them to make it into something I can eat with a spoon and easier to crunch on.

An idea for popsicles:
Ingredients
• Sugar-free Jell-o
• Crystal Light
• Water
Directions
- Make the Crystal Light according to the directions on the box
- Boil 1 cup of water and completely dissolve your choice of Jell-o in the boiling water
- Instead of using cold water for the remaining liquid to add to the Jell-o mix, add 1 cup of cold Crystal light
- Stir
- Pour mix into Popsicle molds and put it in the refrigerator for several hours until it completely turns to Jell-o
- Insert Popsicle sticks in the centre and freeze
Flavour suggestions:
Sugar-free Jell-o Crystal Light
Lemon Lemonade
Raspberry Raspberry Ice
Raspberry or Cherry Cranberry Breeze
Strawberry Strawberry-Orange-Banana
Watermelon Strawberry-Orange-Banana
Orange Strawberry-Orange-Banana
prior to surgery might not be too bad but after (I don't believe so, not for awhile anyway)
can't recall if I have researched those..because I am not sure how a (real fruit) item could be sugar free...because all fruit has natural sugar...please scrutinize the label carefully...
not sure if theses are the same as you are speaking about

please note the sugar content...for people fresh out of surgery, that 12g of sugar could possibly cause dumping, perhaps making your own unless you know your tolerance of sugar would be the best...I am a year post-op and it would still be a (touch and go) choice for me
