Benefiber: Nope
Fiber 1: Not good. Kind of gave me "dumping' syndrome...
RyVita, & other whole grain: No "regular" benefit...
but Triscuit?
I've been eating 3-6/day for the last week and I get to go at least once a day....sometimes twice!
What will I do w/o my triscuit when on the 5dpt?
