FYI: Ottawa Superdome at Ben Franklin Park Walking Program Starts Dec 1

Hey Ottawa Peeps,

Just a quick reminder for those who were interested in doing some indoor walking this winter. The Ottawa Superdome at Ben Franklin Park (Corner of Huntclub and Greenbank) starts thier indoor walking program on Dec 1 through to April 1. This is a great ssafe way to walk on really wonderful indoor turf. Walk the outer track of the indoor soccer field and enjoy the warmth of the dome without the scary ice and snow of winter to slow you down.

Here is the info on the Superdome Walking program schedule. The fee is only $1 per day..a cheap and relaxing way to get your walk in. Hope to see you there!

2010- 2011 Schedule

Dec1 1st to April 1st

Monday,Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Tuesdays , Thursdays 2:00p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Sorry Heidi the hours listed are the only times available. The dome programming goes on for 12 hours a day and mostly for indoor soccer so its great they make some time for walking in the morning!
