they are fine, as far as i know. If you are worried call your surgeons office that way you are always 100%. I'm sorry for hijacking the thread, i thought you ment for post op OOPS! but i woud deff contact the surgical team so you won't have to worry

Sugar alcohols are a sugar substitute.  They are not processed by the body so basically, they pass through your system for the most part.  The problem is that if you have too much (or if you are super sensitive as some people are) that they can make you have gas/diarrhea so jus****ch how they affect you as everyone is different. Moderation is key.  NSA chocolate usually has sa's in them as well.

Those popsicles list 8 gram of carbs, no sugar, 4 sugar alcohol and no fiber. Anybody have any idea what the other 4 grams of carbs are?
