vitamin question
I have just been told that my iron and B12 are low so starting supplements. It says that you shouldn't take your Ca + vit D and iron together. I know I am not suppose to take my Ca vit D supplement with my blood pressure meds. Do any of you know if I can take iron, B12 and blood pressure meds together. Just trying to get my doses so I can have my surgery without having one counter balance the other. I think I might try the pharmacist.

Calcium and vitamin D can be taken together.
B12 should sublingual or a shot.
