i found this cheese at Highland farms
Allegro 4% MF,
lactose free
1 oz (30g)
Fat 1g
Carbs 2g
Protein 11g
Calories 60

its not bad, actually.

I hated it. I guess if you can stomach it, fine, but man it was disgusting to me.

Ack! If I never eat another piece of Allegro cheese in my whole life, it will be too soon! HATED it - it was so dry that I couldn't get it down. Bleah!

I bought it ONCE on the recommendation of the NUT at Humber, and OH MY GOD it was horrible. My husband, who will eat anything, wouldn't even eat it. It ended up in the garbage. Monica, you're a better woman than I am if you can handle this! LOL
