Hi Kim
Sounds like most of us are having similiar problems with joints and aches.

I had hip issues prior to losing over a 100 lbs, but along the way, my aches and pains have shifted to other areas.  My Chiropractor and Massage Therapist concur what is already printed....that first off the fat is no longer cushioning the joints as it use to.  Now they are ligaments and bones on one another.  In addition, our body's posture is shifting and we are walking alot different as our centre of gravity is different.  This is causing some additional discomfort.  I am finding alot of my discomfort lately has shifted to my upper neck and back, because the fat in my spine and neck are gone so I am walking straighter and bones are trying to accommodate the proper posture.

Good luck, and taking tests and stretching out are great.  I also loved the idea of orthodics...I have mine ordered as they are definately impacting given your centre of gravity is being accommodated by your feet.

Good luck.....And great job losing weight!!  ;0

Hello

Me too my knees were great at the beginning, but since I've plummeted to pain hell. I'm on some pretty strong meds which don't do a heck of a lot except make me sleepy and more *****y (if thats possible) I am going to to give Vit C a try, imagine if relief was that simple!!
My question is what strength? I have taken 1000mg slow release before and found it very tolerable, because I know too often taking too much Vit C that isn't a slow release causes diarrhea.
Thanks for posting this info, because frankly I'm at my wits end trying to get pain relief.

God Bless, my friends xo
