My surgery with Dr. Hagen is scheduled to be June 14th at HRRH :) I know it may not be as soon as I wanted... but two months isnt really that much longer to wait considering the alternative lol

I go for my pre op appointment on May 19th.. and start my 3 weeks of Optifast on May 24th... (the day after the long weekend! Good timing LOL)

I am definately excited... but I really dont think it ha**** me yet..

So my whole pre op journey from referal to Surgery date is 11 months minus one day lol... my referal was sent on July 15th, 2010

Congratulations...it will be here in no time.

I had my surgery on Friday. I am happy at home resting. I am a bit sore but everything is going a long fine.

I tried to find you on facebook to add you as friend but was unable to. Maybe you could had me. My is under Geri Moeser Thompson

Congratulations on getting your date. The good thing with a June date is you know you will be able to get outside and enjoy the nice weather while your off work. I'm sure that the time will fly by now that you have your date. It's the waiting and wondering that makes the time pass so slowly. Take care.

I couldnt have made it through the last few months without this site! (at least not without going crazy) Only two more months.. and I think it will be easier now... Having a date changes everything.. no more unknown.... I can finally plan my life around the surgery lol
