Didn't get a limit on carbs from my surgeon. His opinion is that, if you eat your protein first and hit your protein goal, you'll minimize your carbs anyway.
I always tried to keep it around 30-40g net carbs (subtract fibre and sugar alcohols).

It was a lot of fun tonight. I don't know why I took so long to go to one of these gatherings!
It was nice to see some of the ladies I recognized from the site (Hi Shiloh, Erica and Fading) and I chatted for a long while with Kerr, who was very funny and informative. There were several other familiar faces too, but I didn't get a chance to meet everyone.
Next time I'll try to be a little less shy!
