Just a quick question ( hope no one gets offended)
There are different size frames, also obese people have larger bones. So two things. One you are born with, the second - it's not clear -as to test is rather complex- overweight people put more stress on bones-causing them to be thicker so they are stronger. So are obese people's bones heavier when they lose the weight??
