What do you take for constipation?

I've been having this issue as well since surgery, every 3-5 days I take M.O.M. 
Do the pro-biotic yogurts work at all or is just the capsules ?

There are 3 of us RNYers here that swear by probiotics as well.  I've had bowel troubles my whole life, and after surgery it got so bad I had to dig it out when I had to go.  Now I rarely miss a day and it is nice and smooth.
