had my Nurse appointment in Ottawa

Went to Ottawa yesterday for my nurse (APN) appointment with Susan A.  everything went well she was very encouraging and very nice to deal with.  I am fortunate that I will not require any extra tests, no sleep study, scopes or anything so things should go fairly smoothly. She thought I could be 3-4months from surgery which is awesome considering a few months ago I was praying for orientation letter! 

Sue did tell me that the other surgeon starts in August, someone previously mentioned their name, they are hoping things move along much quicker. 

Before I left I was booked to see the Nut/Behav for the end of May.  I just wanted to say thanks to Lil and everyone who has posted their experiences, I was relaxed, informed and comfortable during my appointment because of your willingness to share.  Thanks! 

Hey Tracey, well i am glad you are done with that appointment and you actually got your next appt before you left! That's a miracle lol. i am very happy for you. :-)

Glad to hear all went well. I really wish they would move it along too in Ottawa.lol. When do you see the nut/behav? I have my appt booked for May 16th.

Thanks, the Behav/Nut is on May 31st, and she said after that I would have the class and surgeon appointment.  She kept saying it would only take 3 months, bu****ching everyone else go through the waiting game I will be patient.
