Well today is my 30th birthday. I feel good... great even.
Much better than 29 I can tell you that.
And you want to know why?

Because in two weeks I start my optifast....
and in 5 weeks I have my surgery.

The best 30th birthday present I couldve asked for!!!!!!

Happy birthday! It truly is the best gift you can give yourself and the ones you love (since it will be so much harder to get rid of you!)

I had my surgery exactly one month before my 29th birthday, (I jumped at the date for all the 9's, surgery was july 19th, birthday august 19th, turning 29)

29 was fabulous, I can't wait to see what 30 has in store myself and wish you a great 30th year (and life!)

7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

well happy 30th birthday,
Let me see, when i was 30, i weighed 205lbs. Not bad,
But I sure wish i had of had WLS back then instead of when i was 50.But no regrets.

Congratulations, what a wonderful time in your life to have this done. You have so many good years ahead of you.
