I finally ran my first 5k race today. Did it in35:37.6. I am happy with that since I have not been well was not sure if I would ever get to race. I am on such a high today. I would have never thought I would ever run never mind racing. Now my next race will be 10k.

I can not wait for the day that I am total healed and see what I can really do. I know that the sky will be the limit. I just hope people know if I can do it they can do it.
