Well day one of Optifast today...first one chocolate not too bad...very sweet like everyone said but bearable lol

All I can say is that I will be buying stocks in chicken broth and sf jello and Popsicles..I'm soooooooooooooooo hungry lol..but I do have to say I love the chocolate optifast but wow the vanilla is nasty..kinda reminds me of stinky socks haha..but that's just me..so I will have to chocolate and to vanilla till those nasty buggers are gone lol
