Need an angel please!

Hi all,
Well day 4 of optifast...getting a little easier, but I still am having whopping headaches and I'm sooo hungry! Have to keep my eye on the prize though right!...only 11 days til surgery.
I was wondering if anyone would be my angel...my surgery is May 27th in Guelph with Dr Reed. I live in London Ont.
I'm getting kinda nervous and it may be easier if I had any questions, to run it by someone. Hate to bother people( I'm usually pretty independant) , but would really appreciate the support. Thanks to all for the very useful info on here. Congrats to everyone for their amazing weight losses and hopefully if all goes well, I'll see you on the bench soon!

WOW do not miss optifast at all! But I do miss how fast the weight came off while being on it!!  I had terrible headaches as well.  I wasnt too hungry but I must have eaten a carton of vergtable broth a day and 4 jellos.... lol
I am a little over 4 months out and I am down 80 pounds so it is definatly all worth it! Keep up the great work you are almost there!!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm only allowed tea/broth/water or crystal light and optifast....no jello. At this point a jello sounds good! Don't understand why that isn't on my list of things to eat.
