My best friend is "Del Monte sugar free popsicles" they are 1g of sugar and 35 calories...so with a sensitive pouch, they work great for me. I ate them while on optifast and I am still eating 1 or 2 a day 1 month postop...
I find them at my local grocery store YIG....but you must be careful as they also sell popsicles that are listed as fat free. Not the same.. They come in a box with two flavors, Orange and Mixed Berry.
