OUCH my belly button!
I'm not sure if you build up a resistance to that sort of cream, the same way you would to an oral antibiotic. You might want to ask your doctor (or pharmacist) about it. I like the documentation you're getting from the doctor, tho. Keep asking for the prescriptions (even if you don't use the cream or get the refill from the pharmacy)
I would advise using a powder like monkey butt, or "*****ly heat" powder (which i've only been able to find on ebay, its from somewhere in the orient) for prevention. I use alcohol in my belly button every time after a shower, and even under the breasts and in the stomach folds, to make sure they're really dry, if it's going to be a real sweaty day.
I hate getting those rashes. It's so freaking embarrassing. I can't wait for the day that i dont have to worry about that any longer. Sadly, i guess that will happen after i lose this lovely belly and get plastics afterwards.

I never thought of documenting any of this for future plastics approval. I'll have to start doing that.
I get skin fold infections all the time - either my belly button, panni area, under my breast, and my side rolls. I normally use a zinc cream once they've occured but try my hardest to keep those areas dry to prevent the red/rawness in the first place.
