Nervous!

The worst thing you can do is go on youtube and watch those videos. I did the same thing and I think almost everyone has done it. It's really part of the process I think. This is just natural to be nervous for surgery and everyone who is having a major procedure gets nervous. There is a risk with every surgery being done even your tonsils. You made the right decision in trying to change your life around because just think about what your life would be like if you didn't.  And when you mention about all the side effects that COULD happen.. just think about all the stuff that COULD happen if you don't have it.. Diabetes, Heart Problems which lead to surgery, joint pain and the list goes on. Be confident in your choice and know that you have a ton of people here that will support you throughout your journey.

cold feet is normal.

I felt the same way.

We don't know what life will be life after surgery, but they are terrific in Guelph and the odds are things will be fine. But even those that have had some complications wouldn't go back to life before surgery. A bump in the road and they move on.

What quality of life would be have if we choose to not have surgery. Mine sucked. And if i have some issues down the road, then i'll deal with them but at least I'll be in better shape to handle them.

Good luck tomorrow Lori. I agree with the others. There are risks with all surgical procedures. I'm sure a lot of these horror stories come from lack of knowledge and I'm sure most of these people are in the states and probably went the cheaper way. Look at all the problems they are having with cosmetic surgeries. I'm positive you will come out of this fine.
