Hi Marny, so sorry you went thro the "dumping"....not fun....what I do when I want a treat like ice cream...I buy the Fudgsicle brand original fudge bars...its a 10 pack, fat free, and only 40 cal per sicle...sugars 3g....I buy them at Walmart...they used to sell the Cream sicles, but they have stopped selling them....just thot I'd let you know what I do...Patti K.

I tried yogen froze the other day. It has no sugar, no fat, vanilla flavor and added frozen fruit. 90 cal of deliciousness!!! I was able to eat about 1/2 cup.

I've had that too. Yuuuum. It didn't bother me at all, so I have no idea why I reacted so badly to the Chapman's.
