What I am pretty sure I will NOT be doing...fighting with the 300-500 000 people expected to be downtown to catch a glimpse of Will and Kate, with my optifast in tow!

There is a park near me that has fireworks that I can see from my front yard, which looks out over the Ottawa River.  I think I will sit and watch fireworks in peace, eat red sugar jello and pet my dog.

getting off work early today packing the car and driving 2 hours north with hubby and kids, setting up tent on crown land and won't see anyone untill Sunday.  The beach and fish are calling me almost time to start this adventure.  NOTE: after last camping trip have decided either hubby and me need separate matresses or none.... laughed so hard trying to get out of the double high air bed as by morning it had lost some air...... of course hubbt is about 175lbs and didn't feel the air loss because i was the one on the ground LOL ok crawling out of the hole the bed made on my knees out of the tent hung over was priceless..... thank goodness nobody grabbed the camera I am sure it was not a pretty sight.... so this weekend we shall pack no air mattresses with me luck!

Going to take in all three Phillies vs. Jays games this weekend with my little half-brother.  Should be a lot of fun.  Saturday's game is the one I'm most excited for as that is the game Roy 'Doc' Halladay will be pitching.  I regret not seeing him pitch in person while he was a member of the Jays.

And I'm also hoping the Jays can win at least on of the games.  I've never seen them win a game while I was in the stands, lol.  If they lose all 3 then teams around the league should definitely hire me!

Happy [early] Canada Day all!

Hey Jeff that sounds like a great weekend!  Maybe you're bad luck, though, lol!

No plans.  Just another day off work.  Not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow.  I was hoping to take my nephew to see Cars 2 but not sure what my brother's plans are.  He's been wanting to hit the beach for a while - if he does, I might tag along.

I own 3 dogs and I've never heard of a doggie opthamologist before.  Why does your dog need to go there??
