Officially on the list!~

 So I called Guelph today just to be sure that I was actually registered and was informed I am in fact on the list....although Linda did say the wait time now is about 2 years . 

But I am on the list none the less! 

 

Is it possible to be asked to be transferred to another Centre?  I waited only 5 months from referral to orientation at TWH. 

Wow, two years?!?!  Surely that's wrong - it's way over the Ministry guideline.

Hope it comes faster...I put my referral in Dec 2008 and just got approved May or June haha 2011 I can't remember and didn't write down the exact date. I been writing down dates since to keep for myself.

I think they mean total time not 2 years till orientation.  Thats probably about right as Im going through Guelph and am at 1 yr 4 months now with surgery supost to be in Sept.  I know they said those starting after me have a longer wait.

Glad you're on the list - ask to be put on the cancellations list too. Also, call every now and again, if you call after someone cancels it could be your lucky day.
